Si la única opción es despedir, dice poco de la estrategia de Xbox

If the only option is layoffs, it says a lot about Xbox's strategy. #️⃣ Hashtags: #xbox #microsoft #gaming #videogames #xennialgamer Let me start by making one thing clear: at this point, I'm not saying Xbox shouldn't have to lay off employees. It's a very tough decision, but in certain circumstances, it can be necessary. However, cutting costs is one thing, and having a strategy is quite another. And that's where I see Xbox's real problem. Because this situation isn't just due to a bad run of luck. In my opinion, it comes after years of very poor management, with constant changes of direction and a sense of improvisation that has finally taken its toll. And laying off employees, on its own, doesn't solve anything. If you're going to take advantage of such a delicate moment, at least accompany it with a clear message about the future. 🎮 What's going to happen to the exclusives policy? 🖥️ What's the plan for the hardware? 📈 Where does Xbox really want to go? I understand that many of these answers aren't simple. But simply announcing layoffs doesn't convey a vision for the future. And that, as a gamer, doesn't inspire confidence that Microsoft has a solid plan to get Xbox back on track. To make matters worse, if one of your biggest releases of the year risks underselling because it's limited to a specific ecosystem, the problem is compounded. And yes, I'm referring to Gears of War. Ultimately, my feeling is very simple: 👉 I don't see anyone at the helm. And that's probably what worries me most about the future of Xbox. ⸻ 📌 SUBSCRIBE for more unbiased analysis with genuine opinions. 🔔 Turn on notifications and follow me on social media: 📱 Twitter / X: https://x.com/XennialGamer77 📱 TikTok:   / thexennialgamer   💼 LinkedIn:   / the-xennial-gamer
