We followed some of the most impressive roads in the Serra da Canastra in search of a secluded place to spend the night high in the mountains of Minas Gerais. But getting there wouldn't be easy. Along the way, we faced difficult stretches, crossed deep valleys, discovered waterfalls with surprisingly blue waters, and shared the adventure with friends in a region where magnificent nature still coexists with the simplicity of rural life.
