INGREDIENTS FOR (( KHARA MASALA KEEMA )) ============ 1 cup cooking oil 2 small onions / large onion 700g mince 1 tsp salt 1 tbs ginger 1 1/2 tbs garlic paste 1 tbs ginger paste 4 tbs yogurt 8-9 dried whole red chillies - some cracked 1 1/2 tbs roasted crushed coriander seeds 1 tbs crushed roasted cumin seeds 1 tbs crushed black pepper 4-5 piece cinnamon stick 2 brown cardamom 8 cloves 2-3 pinch chopped turmeric powder 1 cup chopped mint leaves 5 green chillies 1 cup chopped coriander Some julian sliced ginger Asalam Alaikum & hello, I am Malaika, welcome to our YouTube channel Cook with Malaika. _______ My channel is Pakistani Asian and Indian style dishes.
