Stalling issue on a Mercedes 300E W124 - ChatGPT diagnosed the problem!

Can ChatGPT correctly diagnose a stalling issue? The engine stalls after running for about 10 minutes, long enough to get warm. Once stalled the engine will not restart until everything is cool again. Many different possibilities as to the possible issue, but ChatGPT was definite about one diagnosis. So that's what we tried!
