I did not own the original BD-5J so I cannot compare but here's a short summary from my flight today: 1) External textures could use some finesse - it does appear a little too smooth/plasticky perhaps. 2) Modelling - it's a simple jet, not much to go wrong, looks decent. 3) Cockpit - it's a simple jet! Basic layout and reasonably well modelled/textured. 4) Audio - Not much to write home about, not a patch on their Fouga model. 5) Flight Model - It's slow to accelerate, easy to stall, and handles like a light, straight wing aircraft should.
