Glacier Tek Sports Cooling Vest Review // POTS & Hiking

After being diagnosed with POTS a few months ago, I learned real fast that it's a big struggle to be outside in the sun in hot weather (80F or warmer). At that point I decided to purchase this cooling vest. It's been a very big help during our hikes or just being outside on a hot day since it keeps my chest and back cool!
