EP 112 - Carlos Verona - La actitud que engrandece el talento.

Reading a race well, knowing when to attack, when to pull, or simply waiting for the right moment… is one of the most valued qualities in our sport. I've never liked the concept of "gregarious," and perhaps that's why I like our next guest so much. Because Carlos Verona is one of those cyclists who redefines the concept of gregarious. A team rider, very intelligent, with the ability to attack, protect, or flow in any race scenario. He's a rider who represents the cyclist everyone should aspire to be. Where the craft stands out for its attention to detail in all aspects: mental, athletic, and physical… Carlos is elegance, commitment, and team spirit. We met many years ago, and even then, something different was evident in his gaze: that mix of serenity, maturity, and hunger to grow that only those who have understood the truth of this game possess. I love Carlos's energy and his understanding of modern cycling, always willing to contribute to and improve whoever joins his path. Carlos is an example of how attitude enhances talent and how to protect it over the years. I'll leave you with one of the icons of our cycling, I'll leave you with a rider much loved and respected by the entire group, I'll leave you with a guy who knows that victories are earned from afar, I'll leave you with Carlos Verona.
