Ingredients 12 servings: • A not very large salad • 800 g of cheese • 600 g of cottage cheese • 900 g of caviar salad. Recipe here • Salata de icre cu ceapa (cu mai putin ulei) from 175 g of carp caviar and the corresponding amounts of the other ingredients. • 5-6 colorful bell peppers • 12 small cucumbers • 8-900 g olives • 150 g thinly sliced salami • 12 square slices of Prague ham • 12 thin slices of gypsy loin For packaging, we used 750 ml plastic casseroles, both for the appetizer, the main course and the dessert. Important to mention is that you will need space in the refrigerator, or in another cool place, to keep the casseroles from one day to the next. I filled small cups (volume 120 ml) with carp roe salad with onion. Each cup contained approximately 75 g of salad. The cups are called "dessert cups", they are from Metro. I decorated with parsley leaves and slices of green olives stuffed with donuts. I cut the cheese into 12 pieces and the cheese into sticks with a wavy knife. I cut the bell pepper into slices and the cucumbers the same. I made roses from thin slices of salami. I used 150 g of salami, but if you use a thicker cut sausage, you will obviously need larger quantities. In each box I put the glass with the roe salad in the middle, and at the ends a lettuce leaf. In front and behind the caviar salad, slices of bell pepper and cucumber. I put cheese in one corner of the casserole, olives of various kinds, and in the other corner, cheese and cold cuts: salami roses, Prague ham and gypsy sausage, folded or rolled so that they look like flowers. I chose these two cookies because they can be made 3-4 days in advance, which is a great help, and with time they only get better. They just need to be kept in a closed box. For the coliva portion, I use large muffin papers. These are from Pepco, if I'm not mistaken. With a large scoop of ice cream, I make a ball of coliva. The portion is about 100 g, and it's perfect because you can eat it very well without a spoon. You can decorate it with small colorful candies. You don't have the coliva recipe on the channel yet, but I will publish it this coming week without a doubt.
