Starting with breakfast, say no to cereal flakes, sweetened yogurts, jams, biscuits, and processed cakes. Also, avoid overly rich sauces and dressings, and avoid processed products that often contain added sugars. I recommend reading labels carefully. 2) Fruit Juices Unfortunately, I recommend reading labels carefully here too. Juices, compared to the fruit from which they are derived, are stripped of their naturally occurring fibers, resulting in an even higher sugar concentration.
