Some dreams don't have a deadline. They wait for the right moment. For as long as I can remember, seeing KASSAV' perform live has been one of my biggest dreams. Their music has crossed generations, connected cultures and created memories for so many people. Including me! I never imagined that my very first KASSAV' concert would become a story I'll tell for the rest of my life. This wasn't just about being in the audience. I had an incredible privilege of opening the night with Xessionz before one of the most legendary zouk bands in history took the stage. What made the night even more meaningful is the possibility that this could have been KASSAV's final performance in Suriname. If that's true, then I feel incredibly blessed to have witnessed this historic moment. Not only as a fan, but also as a performer. Thank you KASSAV', for the music, the legacy and the inspiration.
