Zontes 368E: 10% Speedometer vs. GPS Error

At this stage in human development - with smartphones and GPS at our fingertips - a 10% discrepancy between a vehicle’s speedometer and GPS speed is unacceptable. Typically, Japanese and European manufacturers maintain this difference within 5% or less. I can’t comprehend the reasoning behind this practice among Chinese makers. Very disappointing for an otherwise impressive scooter.
