Honda XL175 engine overhaul - Full rebuild after 50 years

In this rebuild I tear down the engine, inspect the crank, piston, cylinder, clutch and transmission, then bring this classic Honda back to life. The owner has asked if I could build up one complete engine from a box of mixed and extra parts. The casing was damaged, piston and bore damaged as well as the gear selector arm and a few other things. In this video I complete this build replacing all seals, gaskets, piston and rebore. Its now a complete engine at a stage where it can be reinstalled into the bike, carby fitted and then it should start right away.
