This is a playthrough of SOVL, a fantasy strategy game, as the Dwarf Foreman of the Dwarf Holds. The Dwarves are a slow but sturdy army with mighty ranks of warriors supported by ingenious artillery. This campaign will host the full remit of dwarven infantry, artillery and contraptions. This first part covers the basics and fleshes out out army with a surprisingly eclectic mix of combatants. This produces a well-balanced army, somehow. The playthrough is a mixture of entertainment and tutorial as it will explain some of the concepts of the game as it progresses as well as the thought process behind decisions.
