Score at 4-1/2 in, 4-7/8 in and 5-1/4 in. Fold on middle scoring line and cut twice with a 3/4 in distance. That’s where your pen will go. Front layers: 5-7/8 in by 3-7/8 in (first), 5-3/8 in by 3-3/8 in (second), and 5-1/8 in by 3-1/8 in (third). Back layer: 5-7/8 in by 4-1/4 in. Notepad cover: a piece of paper that is 8 in by 4-1/8 in and a second that measures 4-3/8 in by 4-1/8 in. Pocket: 3-7/8 in length, 2 in on the right side and 3 inches on the left.
