Il Grande Diluvio dei Sumeri - Mitologia Sumera

In Sumerian mythology, the Great Flood was a flood sent by the gods to punish humanity. Ziusudra, a wise and pious king, was warned of the disaster by the god Enki and built a great boat to save his family and animals. After the flood, Ziusudra offered sacrifices to the gods, who repented of their actions and granted him immortality. This story is one of the oldest versions of the flood myth.
