Defender 300Tdi Rebuild - 1. Initial Inspection

Restoration of a 1996 Land Rover Defender 90 300 Tdi. Its been sitting in a garden for the past 7 years after it was involved in an accident. I have a galvanised chassis from Richards Chassis on order so the plan is to strip it down completely and rebuild. Waiting time for the chassis is around 10 weeks so I want to get as much done as possible before it arrives. I have a bet with my mate that the landy will be finished by July 1st 2017. This was before I realised there was a 10 week waiting list for the chassis.
