El Salvador 2022 | Surf Trip | El Zonte

Our second surf trip from Florida to El Salvador in August 2022. This year we stayed in El Zonte instead of El Sunzal. The swell was on the smaller side with some less than ideal wind direction, but we got a few fun days. I took mostly photos this time with my big camera (OM System OM-1) so most of the surfing footage is from my DJI Mavic Air 2S... which I had never used for surfing. Also used my Insta360 Go 2 for the POV shots. We surfed mostly at El Zonte, but caught a few waves at Sunzal, Mizata, and K59... The last day we were able to get some fun rides at Punta Roca (my fav break) before the wind shifted. I still have yet to actually see Roca at its full potential, hopefully next trip! This is a vacation edit for my friends so I wanted to keep as much in the video as possible. and it ended up fairly long.
