24 Hours in Chongqing 🇨🇳✨ Exploring Hongyadong, Ancient Streets & Night River Cruising

It’s such an unreal city: mix of ancient streets, massive skyscrapers, and neon lights everywhere you look. We start the day with a cable car ride across the Yangtze River. From there, we go to Shibati (18 steps) and wander through Shancheng Mountain City Alley, getting a feel for the older, more traditional side of Chongqing. Then we go up to the the top of the WFC building to see Chongqing from above, before heading to People’s Park and checking out the Chongqing Grand Theatre. We then went to the Ciqikou Ancient Town and explored all the shops there. And then the highlight of the evening was Hongyadong!
