We're getting closer to one of the most prized crops, the carrot. We'll learn about its origin, how we treat the soil, how we sow and thin it, how we protect it from potential pests, and how we harvest the seeds. We'll do this through permaculture: without tilling the soil, without using synthetic chemicals, and with rotations and associations.
