Datsun 510 restomod + Powerland 2024

In this video, I begin the building process of my newly purchased Datsun 510 wagon. I bought this new project car from my neighbor, I definitely wasn't looking for a new project but it was too good of a deal to pass it up. This is my first Datsun and the best part of owning a Datsun is the community that comes with it! I've made a lot of new friends and have really enjoyed immersing myself in this car community. I have zero regrets buying this 510. Datsuns are purely nostalgic machines, I have had countless random conversations at gas stations, grocery stores, 7-elevens etc. with strangers about their personal stories and memories of family members owning a 510 or Datsun in general when they were younger or growing up. This is a total bonus that I didn't expect when I bought this 510. I love it - all of it. As you can tell, I'm a diehard vintage Japanese car enthusiast, I do all my own repairs and maintenance on my own driveway. I'm also a travel and automotive photographer.
