DECREE-LAW No. 34 of May 19, 2020, has been published in the Official Journal. Urgent measures regarding health, support for employment and the economy, as well as social policies related to the health emergency. Article 119 of the "Minestrone" decree introduces the new possibility of accessing the 110% tax deduction, closely linked to the energy retrofit option.
