Making change with money for kids
In this beginner money lesson for 2nd or 3rd grade, Mathy and I work out the change for several small items in cent-amounts, dealing with coins only. For example, we have an apple that costs 90c and you pay with four quarters, or a small 81c bucket and you give 85 cents. The last examples are more challenging with either several items to buy or more money (coins).
