DIY Herbs: Wild Geranium

In this video, herbalist Jim McDonald talks about the medicinal use of the herb wild geranium (Pelargonium species), also known as cranesbill. Geranium oils have been shown to have pain-relieving properties when inhaled, taken orally, or applied topically. Externally, geranium has been shown to calm skin conditions such as eczema, burns, acne, bruises and cuts. For skin care it is a refreshing cleanser and astringent that is good for oily complexions.
