Cookitos!! Today we want to share this delicious recipe for homemade rice pudding ice cream made in a Thermomix. This summer we've set out to become true ice cream masters, so we're sharing it with all of you. If you love rice pudding, you can't miss this ice cream. Ingredients: 3 egg whites 5 drops of lemon juice 1 pinch of salt 140g of sugar 500g rice pudding (remember you can find the recipe on our channel!    • ARROZ CON LECHE THERMOMIX  ). 200g heavy cream (35% fat). Ground cinnamon. Steps to make Rice Pudding Ice Cream: 1. Begin by placing the butterfly whisk on the blades and adding the egg whites, lemon juice, salt, and sugar to the bowl. Program 4 minutes, 37ºC, and speed 3.5. Then, program another 4 minutes at speed 3.5, this time without heat. Set aside. 2. Remove the butterfly whisk from the blades, add the rice pudding and cream without washing the bowl. Program 30 seconds at speed 3.5, or if you prefer a smoother texture, program 30 seconds at speed 7. 3. Add the mixture to the reserved bowl and mix with folding motions until everything is well combined. 4. Finally, if you have an ice cream maker, churn for 40 minutes or until creamy. Once churned, transfer to the freezer. *If you don't have an ice cream maker, store in the freezer and, for the first 4 hours, every 30-40 minutes, place it in the Thermomix and program a few seconds at speed 6 to break up any ice crystals that may form. Finally, before serving, remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes beforehand and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
