Celeste | Overcharge - Golden Strawberry (World's First)

oh my god i did it. probably the sickest thing i've completed in this game thus far. overall i'd say this golden was pretty fun, though it hinges a lot on the fact i just love input density in general. playing a lot in one sitting gets tiring though, you'll get worn out pretty fast. generally my best performance in every session was in the first 30 - 40 minutes. after that i'd start losing focus, my hands would get stiff, and most importantly i'd lose my rhythm. the second you stray from 240 bpm dash presses you're gonna die to some random input chain. balancing-wise it's very very backloaded. it's really easy to forget how to play the last two rooms until you start consistently getting entries, and the nerves make them so much worse. i had 32 runs to prefinal before passing it once, though once i broke that mindblock i got way more final entries. difficulty: i genuinely do not know how to place this. do i include my first clear time? it took a bit less time than gchsg either way, but i've improved a lot since then, plus this fits my skillset perfectly (cough cough sub 3h krypton r3) so how do i account for that? i'm gonna throw it into tier 14 for now, as my new hardest, but this may very well change when someone else hops on. this being next to s.b.w.w. seems somewhat reasonable though? ______ stats: first clear: 21067 deaths | 15:49:35 golden: 14659 practice deaths | 1856 golden deaths | 43:22:58 raw:    • overcharge golden raw
