Water distribution system (WDS) hydraulic models are tools often used by engineers to perform complex hydraulic calculations during the design phase of a project. However, these models may also be used by system staff to improve knowledge and operations of their system, aid knowledge transfer, analyze system vulnerabilities, plan for future development, and troubleshoot problems in emergency scenarios.
