Finely chop the cucumber, yam, shiso leaf, myoga, eggplant, daikon, okra, natto, wakame seaweed, and edamame (any size you like). 2. Put the noodle soup in a large pot. The vegetables will release moisture, so don't put in too much. 3. Put the cut vegetables in the pot. If you put them all at once, they won't mix, so put them in order. 4. Mix well. While mixing, boil the udon, somen, soba, and other things you want to put on top. 5. Once the sticky mixture is well combined, add mirin, soy sauce, ponzu sauce, etc. to taste. 6.
