BJJ at Paraestra Tokyo | Episode 4 #Bradventures

#TeamChill visit Shibuya, Godzilla Road & Shinjuku National Garden. Taking in the calm environment of the Japanese garden before training in the famous Paraestra Tokyo the school of Yuki Nakai. We got to roll with the students during the open mat filled with Black belts, including Black Belt World Champion Rikako Yuasa. Then we stumbled across the Kagurazaka festival which was a beautiful insight into the traditional culture of Japan.
