Video ACH580 Programming a Relay Output (RO) for Hand/Auto status

Good day. This ABB video on the ACH580 variable frequency drive will share how to set a relay output to represent Hand/Auto status. The driven load will save the most energy and operate most comfortable for creatures if it is in the Auto mode. Sometimes however the drive gets put in the Hand mode to create a band aid for a time sensitive event. In the hand mode the comfort is sacrificed to a degree and sure there will be a significant probability of reduction in energy savings. It is important to know when the unit is not in Auto. Enjoy the video. Please do not hesitate to contact Brad Templeton or David O'Dell, the VFD Specialists at Borie Davis with any ideas/questions that may arise. The office phone number is 770-242-0650
