How to: Root ASUS TF300 + CWM Recovery (Works on ALL Firmware)

Hey guys, just like promised, this is the second method on ROOTING the ASUS Transformer Pad 300. This process will Flash ClockWorksMod recovery on the Tablet and doing so will allow you to flash the ROOT-signed.zip :D NOTE: You need to have an UNLOCKED Bootloader, which does void your warranty.
