I have spent a week flying in Spain in Sierra de Gredos. Great place with an easy launch, a high cloud base, and great potential for long-distance xc flights. I particularly recommend Steve Ham as a fantastic guide who knows the area like the back of his hand. With accommodation and retrieve sorted you can really focus on flying.
