A Home for EVERYTHING: You finally found a place for all the things that delight you! -Fully Adjustable: Unlike sewn journals, you can move, rearrange, and add pages whenever you want. No more "blank page" anxiety! ⁉️Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: What size binder should I use for a Punchy Junk Journal? A: I personally love the A5 size! It’s portable enough to take to a coffee shop but large enough to fit a standard 4x6 photo or a folded letter. However, this method works for any size, from mini 3-ring binders to full-size school binders! Q: Do I need a special hole punch? A: Any hole punch works, but a single-hole punch is my best friend. It allows you to punch "junk" of all different shapes and sizes exactly where you want them to sit in the rings. Q: Is this better than a sewn junk journal? A: "Better" is subjective, but for absolute beginners, yes! There’s no sewing, no complicated binding, and you can move the pages around. If you don't like where something is, just unclip the rings and move it. Zero stress. Q: What kind of glue do I need? A: I’m a fan of a sturdy glue stick for paper-to-paper, but for the "weird" stuff (like plastic packaging or fabric scraps), a tape runner or a tiny bit of wet glue works wonders. Q: How do I add things I don’t want to hole punch? A: Use washi tape to create a hinge, or just paperclip it to a page. You can also staple small items directly onto a larger piece of cardstock that is hole-punched. Q: How long does it take to finish one? A: You can get the base of your journal "chunky" in 30 minutes, but you can keep adding to it for a year or more. Q: Where do you find your "Gourmet Trash"? A: Everywhere! Look for interesting textures in your recycling bin, packaging, menus, paper coasters from restaurants, business cards from local shops, or even the cardboard backing from your new hair clips. If it’s pretty or has a memory attached, it’s treasure! #junkjournal #punchyjunkjournal #beginnercrafts #upcycledart #janettelane #happybinder #papercrafting #scrapbooking #stashbuilder #trashinto-treasure
