Growing up, photographer Jamie Hawkesworth preferred science and geography to art. After discovering his love for the camera during whilst studying forensic science, Hawkesworth now brings an emotional, documentary-style vision to fashion image. Hawkesworth talks about his initial aspirations to be a geography teacher, photographing his nan and skateboard to get into photography school, and what in his opinion makes a good image.
