The program aims to equip students with the four fundamental skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking in these languages, and aims to enable them to use these languages ​​effectively in their professional lives. The School of Foreign Languages, which provides education not only to cadets but also to military and civilian personnel affiliated with the Ministry of National Defense, operates through the Maltepe Courses Directorate and the İzmir Güzelyalı Education Coordination Office. Courses range from three to 32 weeks in length and offer instruction in 17 different languages, including English, Arabic, Russian, Greek, German, Albanian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Armenian, Persian, French, Georgian, Spanish, Italian, languages ​​from the East-West Balkans, and Turkish. Additionally, the TÖMER within the School provides Turkish language instruction to military personnel from friendly and allied countries.
