In this session, we focused on grid starts. During the practice sets, I felt unstoppable—the kart was a rocket, and I was carving through the field with ease. Fast forward to the actual race: I’m starting on Pole, feeling confident, and then... the green light drops. By the time we hit Turn 1, I wasn’t leading; I was dead last.
