Parawing: Downwind from Point Roberts to Ferry Terminal in 9 knots of wind

Decided to check out the conditions in the Straight of Georgia from the Ferry Terminal. Light wind made for quite the effort to get down to Point Roberts and when I did the wind backed off even more.
