The bus driver trainee and myself are inside the bus. I have already showed the trainee recovery points, throttle control and to trust what he sees on his mirrors. Our Behind the Wheel Manual helps us as instructors to train a driver step by step how to become competent. The area the bus is backing into is 46ft long x 9ft wide. The length of the bus is 40ft.
