In a Motion to Correct Errors, the defense dropped bombshell new evidence in the case of Richard Allen has been convicted of murdering two young teens, Abby Williams and Libby German, who were doing nothing other than going for a walk on an unseasonably warm February day in 2017. He claims he is being framed by Odinists, who are also his prison guards.
