Why Do People Miss This in the Coromandel? | New Zealand Road Trip Ep.17

Welcome back! This week we make our way from the coast into the forest at Coromandel Forest Park. We explore the park’s eastern side and follow some of the old gold-mining trails in Broken Hills, including a walk through a 500-metre-long tunnel and a visit to a nearby swimming hole. We take the winding roads over to the other side of the forest along the Kauaeranga River, where we camp riverside at Shag Stream. Luke tackles the Pinnacles Walk, and we check out another pristine swimming hole. 📍 Where we wandered: Broken Hills Water Race Tunnel Track Frog Rock Swimming Hole Kauaeranga Kauri Trail (Pinnacles Walk) Hoffman's Pool ⛺ Where we camped: Broken Hills Campsite Shag Stream Campground Catch you on the next one, Luke, Jess, Ocie + Rumi #NewZealandroadtrip #NewZealandTravel #VanlifeNZ #Coromandel Want to support us?
