Alan Bennett's Memories of Morecambe
Like many thousands of families from West Yorkshire, Alan Bennett, along with his bother and Mam and Dad would come to Morecambe for their holidays. Here Alan recalls happy childhood memories along side a serious fear of the 'big dipper'. His childhood memories are partly overlayed by the making of two films in Morecambe in the 1970s.
