Improving Outcomes of Frontline Treatment and Mitigating Relapse: TKIs for Frontline Treatment AMA Activity Combining tyrosine kinase inhibitor and immunotherapy agents has shown considerable promise in Philadelphia positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL).
