Ice cream Maker https://bit.ly/4asqQLq Bread Recipe Β Β Β β’Β BakingΒ DayΒ inΒ theΒ KitchenΒ ππͺΒ |Β HomemadeΒ Br...Β Β πβπ« Banana Coffee Chocolate Loaf π Ingredients 2 ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs Β½ cup sugar Β½ cup oil or melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp instant coffee 1Β½ cups all-purpose flour ΒΌ cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder Β½ tsp baking soda ΒΌ tsp salt Β½ cup chocolate chips (optional) π©βπ³ Instructions Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C) and grease a loaf pan. Mix the mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and dissolved coffee until smooth. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50β60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the loaf cool for 10β15 minutes before removing it from the pan. Slice and enjoy! π’π₯© Kachay Keemay Kay Kebab (Soft & Juicy) π Ingredients 2 lb minced beef or mutton (fine keema) 2 medium onions (1 finely chopped + 1 fried until golden) 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp meat tenderizer (optional) 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus khus), soaked for 15β20 minutes Β½ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped 1 tsp garam masala powder 1Β½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste) 1Β½ tsp salt (or to taste) 3β4 tbsp roasted gram flour (chana powder) π©βπ³ Instructions Soak the poppy seeds for 15β20 minutes and grind into a paste. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, fried onion, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, poppy seed paste, coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, meat tenderizer, and roasted gram flour. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape the mixture into kebabs. Shallow fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney, naan, paratha, or salad.
