DRAGONFLY POSE... for the Inner Edge of the Legs
A 7 minute video on how to set up Dragonfly Pose. This is part of the YIN YOGA series. Yin is a style of Yoga that focuses on durational postures which are usually held between 3-5 minutes (although sometimes more and sometimes less). The postures are often low lying to the ground with propping so that the body can be in a minimal state of muscular effort. While there may well be sensation in the body, it is important to say that it should not be painful. The other thing to pay attention to is any sensation of discomfort or pressure in the joints. If you experience any of this, ease yourself into a gentler version of the posture or come out completely and speak with a teacher.
