66歳、心の断捨離|Letting Go of My Pride at 66

In this video, I'd like to share my thoughts on "decluttering the heart." Near the end, I also read a short poem titled "Rearranging My Heart." Have you let go of anything recently? If you'd like, please share your thoughts on "decluttering your mind" in the comments. Have you let go of something recently? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. ―――――――――― 📍Senior & Cat Chronicles Life I'm 66 years old, living in the Philippines with my two female cats after leaving Japan.
