E-Bike Battery Active Balancer | Neey Smart Active Balancer | Neey Android Software

I recently upgraded my e-bike battery by adding an external battery balance cable to address the issue of unbalanced cells. To do this, I purchased a Neey active balancer and extra balance cables for my other batteries. I also added PET expandable sleeve to cover the wires and padding to two sides of the battery to protect it from damage. First, I connected the balance cable to the battery and Neey following the manufacturer's instructions carefully to ensure all connections were secure. This allowed the battery to communicate with the Neey and balance its cells at anytime needed. Next, I covered the wires with PET expandable sleeve to protect them from wear and tear. This helps to extend the life of the wires and prevent damage. Finally, I added padding to two sides of the battery to protect it from impacts and bumps during use. This is a great way to prevent damage to the battery and improve its overall lifespan. Overall, these upgrades have significantly improved the performance and longevity of my e-bike battery. By adding an external battery balance cable, PET expandable sleeve, and padding to the battery, I can prevent unbalanced cells and keep my battery running smoothly for many more years to come.
