Makita 4304 Jigsaw has done some much work, its strlarted to cut through itself.

Normally, when you see this amount of play and wear in a Jigsaw, it's not a good thing. But when it was made in 1999 and it had 26 years of work done, it's no fault to it. This is a very expensive repair to replace the front gear houing. But back in 1999, it was a little more worth it. Today, im only fitting the gearcase because I still have one in stock, and I can sell it for cheap. Otherwise, I probably would not have fixed this old girl.
