Bobby Wilkerson's Playmaking vs. Sonics (13 points & 10 assists in 1978 WCF)
May 14, 1978 - A member of Bobby Knight's 1976 undefeated Indiana University team, Bobby Wilkerson carved out a productive NBA career, perhaps peaking as a member of the late-'70s Denver Nuggets. Playing alongside the likes of David Thompson and Dan Issel, Wilkerson served as sort of a point-forward prototype at times during the 1977-78 campaign, helping propel the Nuggets to the Western Conference Finals. In Game 5, Wilkerson flirted with a triple-double, a relative rarity at the time, finishing with 13 points, 10 assists, and 6 rebounds in a 123-114 win over the Seattle SuperSonics.
