Kako napraviti Ghee
Jednostavni recept kako napraviti ghee (pročišćeni maslac) od pola kile domaćeg nesoljenog maslaca. Napomena: Postoje dvije stvari koje mogu pokvariti vaš ghee a to su sunčeva svjetlost i voda, zato ga uvijek čuvajte u dobro zatvorenoj posudi na mračnom mjestu te vam tako može trajati 2-3 mjeseca.
