How to Fit a New Steering Wheel Cover (the easy way!)

After buying a new steering wheel cover and finding out they're more troublesome to fit than I imagined I searched youtube about it and saw many people are struggling with fitting theirs. I wanted to make a quick video as I did not have too much difficulty fitting mine as I used a technique that made it much easier than simply trying to gorilla it on with bare hands! I'm an Englishman living in the Shikoku Islands of Japan and own this 1985 U11 Nissan Bluebird.
