Why Is Jing Yuan An Arbiter General? | Honkai Star Rail Lore

Jing yuan or better know as the divine foresight is one of the arbiter generals of the xianzhou alliance. He is functionally one of the highest ranking people in the group. When we look at the other generals each has immesurable strength and wisdom, feixiao is extremely powerful while huaiyan is very experience but what exactly is Jing Yuan's strength, why is Jing yuan an arbiter general especially since he seems rather unmotivated and lazy. Does jing yuan live up to the title of the divine foresight and a cloud general, thats what we'll be discussing Some part of this video comes from the actual lore while others may be speculation on my part as we currently do not know the full story.
